If you need to speak to someone and it's outside the hours of 9am-4pm EST, on a holiday, or on a weekend, please email us at customerservice@thertastore.com. Someone will get back to you as quickly as possible, please allow a little extra time if it is a weekend or holiday however we will try to answer every email within 24 hours if not sooner. If you are checking the status of an order already placed, it may have to wait until the offices are open during business hours (Mon-Fri).

We have office/warehouses located in Oregon, New York, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, New Jersey, California, and Tennessee. Your orders are placed through our office that is closest to our manufacturers warehouse and then shipped directly to you. We ship all orders out in a 2-12 business day time frame.
