Note: The full-overlay door
style leaves about an 1/8" clearance on the edge. To make sure cabinet
doors mounted against a wall open properly, a 1/2" clearance is
recommended. This is only if there is a wall to the left or right of a
cabinet (not in between every wall cabinet). If the space is really
tight and there isn't a 1/2" to work with, it is also ok to use a piece
of scribe which adds a 1/4" for a total clearance of 3/8". Only choose
that option if the design doesn't allow for a 1/2" clearance.
**All single door cabinets will be hinged to the right. This can be
switched to the left during assembly by rotating base cabinet doors and
drilling holes for the hinges on the left side of the face frame. The
holes on the right side can then be filled with the touch up crayon
available under Cabinet Accessories. For wall cabinets, just rotate the
face frame and door.**
