One of my cabinets was backordered and after 4 months I was not sure she would even remember who I was...but she sure did!

I would love to have you see the finished product! As usually people have me working on high end kitchens, I am particularly proud of this one as far as what can be done to meet the clients special need challenges, and giving them a dream kitchen at a very affordable price (but it will NOT look the least bit budget oriented).

Since this is an open plan waterfront craftsman styled house, it is an expensive project with many cost overruns, so I am so ecstatic that we can accomplish a dramatic, functional design with cabinets that will look expensive, are well made, and saved a bundle!...

Hi - I bought kitchen cabinets from you last summer, when my husband and I needed to update my condo's 1970's kitchen on a budget. I was really pleased with the look of the cabinets, and with how much money we saved by doing it ourselves.

However, I didn't fully appreciate your product until we started shopping for a house this past spring. We've looked at a lot of houses with updated kitchens. And while many of them look nice at first glance, the quality of the cabinets pales in comparison to yours upon closer inspection. We see a lot of particle board, non-adjustable shelves, sagging/crooked cabinet doors, and finishes that don't appear to be very durable. Meanwhile, my condo cabinets look good and are holding up great. Now, as we continue to shop for a house, I'm actually looking for a house with a kitchen in need of updating, so I can put your cabinets in it, rather than settling for some "flipper's" cheap cabinets....

Again, I'm quite happy with your product, and I hope to do business with you again!

We just received our new kitchen cabinets and we are so happy. They are beautiful, the finish is perfect, just the color we wanted. The delivery company was great, they unloaded the boxes for us and put them just were we wanted them. As soon as the kitchen is completed we'll send a photo.

Hi Just a quick not to let you know that the cabinets arrived on time and to be honest for the price much better than I expected. I was not expecting the bodies of the cabinets to be ply wood.
They fitted together perfectly and quickly. These are amongst the best cabinets I have fitted.

So I finally got the crown down, which means the kitchen is complete. Thanks for all the help along the way!! We saved a lot of money buying the cabinets through you and we wouldn't have been able to do this remodel any other way.
I took some pictures of the finished kitchen and the little custom things I did and wanted to pass them along to you. I took a close up shot of the crown and the light rail. I used a stainable filler at the joints and in the nail holes, then stained it with the stain I had the Sherwin Williams guy mix for me. I also wanted to show you my handy filler cabinet next to the sink. I had about 5" of space that I didn't want to waste so I put a shelf bottom in it and put hinges on the filler to make it a little cabinet. When it's closed you can't even tell it's not just a regular filler. The 3" wide fridge panel was a little too wide, so I cut about an inch off of it to give the fridge a little extra room, then stained it and put it up. The garbage slideout I bought from you was OK, but we had to open the door, then pull the garbage out by hand every time we wanted to throw something out. It was a little inconvenient. I took that out and bought a Rev-A-Shelf double pullout and installed that instead. Now it is mounted on the door so we just pull the handle on the door and both trash cans come out. We use one for garbage and one for recyclables. It cost us an extra $130 but we like it a lot.
I am also sending you a couple before pictures as well, notice where the sink and windows used to be, that was probably the toughest part of the remodel.
That is pretty much it. If you want any other pictures just ask and I can take them. And if any of your customers have any problems I can probably advise them, I feel like a pro after doing this whole job my self. Just email me if you need anything.

Everything came in good shape and in every way they were just as promised. We couldn't have been more surprised at the ease the cabinets' assembly process. We assumed we'd need some rubber mallets to "coax" things into place, but the design is well thought out and it took much less time than we had expected.

The boxes themselves appeared to us to be a better quality than a new replacement cabinet recently ordered for our mother's home from the best custom shop here in our area.

A friend whose work is resurfacing and refinishing existing kitchen cabinets was extremely impressed with the quality and price of these cabinets. They look wonderful in our kitchen and we couldn't be more pleased. In fact, we are on our second order now that our new appliances are in place and will also be installing them in the laundry rooml, because at these prices, we can afford to do so. - Helen M.

I first used RTA on a project that the budget was limited and I had to find a cost affective way to install a new kitchen in a house that our Church owned. I found your website and read the specifications of the product and really liked the price so I thought I would try it. I was extremely happy with the product. The real 1/2" plywood sides are incredible as well as the solid dove tail drawers and cabinet fronts.

Our RTA cabinets came as described, high quality, and easy to assemble.

I have never ordered anything on line before ( I'm a late computer bloomer) I got a bit crazy and placed an order for my whole kitchen! It was so easy and when I had questions I got on the live chat and had an answer within minutes! A few weeks later when my cabinets arrived I got a piece of molding that had been damaged during shipping, I notified you guys and I received a new piece only a couple days later...no hassle, no problems...just great people, a fantastic product and super customer service. I purchased 9 cabinets from the RTA store. The sales staff was extremlly helpful. I forgot to add my coupon with the order and they credited to me the next day when I e-mailed them. The cabinets arrived 7 days after I placed the order. The truck driver took both pallets off the truck and roll them into my garage. All the cabinets were in good shape and easy to assembly. I priced 9 cabinets at Lowes and Home Depot and these were less than half the price.

To Maria, Kelsey, Samantha and the whole "TheRTAStore" team. Thank you, thank you for my 100% satisfaction in the whole process from answering planning detail questions to delivery and aftermarket advice and help. After the first 1 or 2 cabinets the assembly became routine and easy.
As a Canadian customer I say to all customers from Canada. The whole process from shipping to customs clearance and delivery went extremely smooth.
Standard cabinet replacement in Canada is very costly and I figure by ordering from "TheRTAStore" we saved more than $10,000 even after 10% duty, 6% exchange rate and taxes. In part this was because shipping costs were very reasonable.
Keep treating your customers as I was treated and you will do well in the future.

I found out about RTA while searching Craigslist for kitchen cabinets. I ordered samples of the cabinet doors that I was considering and was very impressed with the quality of the doors. Then I ordered just the wall cabinets, as I would prefer to do my kitchen in two parts. The cabinets arrived quickly and the assembly was as simple as it could be. I put four cabinets together in thirty to forty minutes. The cabinets are a very high quality and I am pleased with the product. I will be ordering the base cabinets after the first of the year.
