Where do we get out RTA Cabinet's from?

Our RTA cabinets are imported directly from our supplier in China to our warehouse in Pennsylvania, USA. The kitchen cabinets are shipped via containers on a cargo ship.  Because they are RTA and able to be flat packed on containers it saves a significant amount of money to ship them which in turn saves you thousands on your brand new kitchen.


What are RTA Cabinet's?

RTA or Ready-To-Assemble cabinets are cabinets that have already been prepared for assembly (all holes drilled, wood pieces finished, etc...) and are assembled by the customer. You can save a significant amount of money by purchasing RTA cabinets. Most retailers will charge a minimum of $99 per cabinet for assembly and installation. Even smaller kitchens will usually have at least 12 cabinets. By purchasing RTA Cabinets, you will already be saving at least $1200 on installation alone. In addition, you will also save money on shipping charges, since RTA cabinets are able to be packaged in smaller boxes than already assembled cabinets. You will save thousands of dollars for the same cabinets sold at any home improvement store!

Is the quality of an RTA Cabinet worse than an already assembled cabinet?

Just like assembled cabinets, the quality of an RTA cabinet can range from poor to very good, depending on where they are bought. You can purchase RTA Kitchen Cabinets that are just as durable and beautiful as any other cabinetry you might have seen in a retailer's store. We sell only high quality cabinetry. All of our cabinets are solid wood, there is no particle board used in the construction of any of our cabinets. Many of our cabinets use superior construction methods, such as 45º Miter Door Fronts, Concealed Hinges, and Self-Closing Drawers.

The header on this sample is screwed to the frame of the sample. So it is uneven on the sample. It does not come like this when assembled or being assembled.
The bumpers go on all 4 sides of the header which push it outwards to match the door below, which is also pushed outwards from the hinge and bumpers on the door (same distance).
